A 43 year old St Catharines man facing a laundry list of charges in connection with several underground parking lot break and enters in the Garden city.

Police say four different parking lots were hit since October with vehicles in each lot vandalized and property stolen.

After an investigation, police have arrested 43 year old Paul Iwaszczenko.

He is facing a total of 21 charges.
