It's not clear if he'll be in court himself, but Luka Magnotta's first-degree murder case returns to a Montreal courtroom today.
The 30-year-old Ontario native is accused in the slaying and dismemberment of Concordia university student Jun Lin last May, and of mailing the Chinese man's body parts to various locations across
the country.
Crown and defence lawyers will try to iron out the details of Magnotta's preliminary hearing, which is scheduled to begin March 11th.
Magnotta has pleaded not guilty and has chosen trial by judge and jury.
