The Greek Community Centre of St. Catharines and District is screaming OPA following a funding boost from the federal government.

St. Catharines MP Rick Dykstra has announced 258 thousand in cash that will help with improvements to the community centre's existing infrastructure.

The funding is part of the federal government's Community Infrastructure Improvement Fund.

Dykstra says the investment will help create jobs and growth, and will support the prosperity of the Greek Community, and the city of St. Catharines, for years to come.
