The group behind the no kill movement in St. Catharines raising objections ahead of the Lincoln County Humane Society board meeting Wednesday.

No Kill St. Catharines Spokesperson Bill LaFeuvre says they've been waiting for weeks to find out where the meeting will be held, and are just now finding out it will be at the Fourth Avenue shelter.

LaFeuvre says the board is essentially limiting public input by using the space that can only accommodate 22 people.

He says once you have board members, the executive director and media in the room there's little space left for members of the public.

The LCHS meeting is scheduled for Wednesday January 16th at 6:30pm at the Lincoln County Humane Society on Fourth Avenue.
