The Ministry of Labour has been called in after a workplace accident Tuesday morning in Niagara Falls.

NRP Constable Derek Watson tells CKTB police were called to Factor Form Niagara on Earl Thomas Ave just after 8am.

When they arrived there was a man with his arm stuck in a press.

He's been taken to hospital with injuries to both his hands.

The MOL is investigating.
