Both Casino Niagara and the Fallsview are offering 92 slot attendants and lead slot attendants a voluntary buyout.
Senior managers from both sites met with the employees yesterday and offered the packages.
Director of Communications at Casino Niagara Greg Medulun says there will be no job losses.
Medulin says slot staff has had nearly zero turnover in the past decade, so staffing numbers and schedules have fallen out of sync with business needs.
He says they company does not expect a large number of associates to take the voluntary buy-out offer.
The casinos have utilized a buy out offer in the past as a way to manage staffing and cause the least amount of disruption to the employees.
