An arrest in a St. Catharines paving scam.

Police have charged 48 year old Paul Henhawk with fraud under five thousand dollars and breach of probation.

At least 21 people fell prey to the scam involving a man going door to door offering to pave driveways at drastically reduced cots.

Once the suspect received cash up front, he promised to return with his paving equipment, never to be seen again.
