A 20 year old woman in hospital after being stabbed early yesterday morning at a Niagara Falls hotel.

The victim was taken to GNGH where she underwent surgery.

She is listed in critical condition.

Police have arrested 20 year old Peter Ashford of St. Catharines.

He's facing a charge of attempted murder.
