As police close the case books on a Niagara Falls sex assault case, they have a warning about the dangers of clubbing.

Two people, both in the their 30's from the GTA have been charged in connecition with the sexual assault of a woman in a Victoria Avenue hotel last month.

Police say anyone who goes out clubbing particularly to high end dance nightclubs should use caution..

They say there is a very real threat of having something slipped into your drink that can cause extreme intoxication and leave victims vulnerable to violent crime.
