N-D-P Leader Andrea Horwath says she'll let the minority Liberals survive the throne speech, but says she wants to see issues her party cares about addressed in the budget.
The Liberals need the support of either opposition party to avoid an election and Tory Leader Tim Hudak says his party will vote against the throne speech.
Horwath says her party is prepared to defeat the budget if it doesn't close corporate tax loopholes and mandate a cut in auto insurance premiums.
Premier Kathleen Wynne says the throne speech was designed to include ideas that would appeal to both opposition parties.
The speech promises to pay down Ontario's 12-billion-dollar deficit while building a ``fair society'' that leaves no one behind.
