The Niagara on the Lake man allegedly at the centre of a 30 million dollar cocaine seizure is now facing first degree murder charges. 

Toronto police held a news conference earlier this afternoon and said a Toronto man is also facing murder charges, while the hunt for another suspect continues.

Nick Nero, of Niagara on the Lake was in court this morning.

It's all tied to the shooting death of Johnny Raposo in Toronto, outside a cafe in Little Italy during Euro 2012.
