A 48 year old Hamilton man has been charged for allegedly sexually assaulting a female at a Grimsby workplace.

Jatinder Labana is facing one count of sexual assault in an investigation that started back in November 20-12.

Labana appeared in front of a judge today in St. Catharines for a bail hearing.

Police say the incident was not a random act as he knew the female.
