A 55 year old St. Catharines man has been charged for allegedly sexually assaulting a female employee of a casino area hotel in Niagara Falls.

Peter Bochenek is facing one count of sexual assault in an investigation that started back in January.

Bochenek appeared in front of a judge today in St. Catharines for a bail hearing.
