The NRP has laid more in charges in relation to a Kitchen Renovation Fraud investigation.

In August of 2012, 37-year old Shane Byrne and 48-year Sandra Byrne were both arrested for Fraud Over $5000.00 and Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable Offence for operating a business called All Canadian Kitchen. 

Both were released with several conditions on their bail.

Then last month, and earlier this week Shayne Byrne faced more fraud charges in connection with a business called Designer Kitchen Pro.

Sandra Byrne was also charged with fraud in connection with Designer Kitchen Pro this week and appeared in court earlier today. 

The Central Fraud Unit continues to investigate and is asking for anyone with further information to contact Niagara Regional Police or Crime Stoppers.
