Hundreds of Corvette fans are gathered in Los Angeles this weekend to mark the 60th anniversary of the iconic American car.
   
The Corvette is being celebrated at the Peterson Automotive Museum.
   
Some 20 Corvettes including prototypes and race cars and the new 2014 model are on display inside the museum.
