Guns and drugs have been seized in a Welland raid.

Police moved in on a Scholfield Avenue home after receiving a tip about a male selling crack cocaine from the residence.

Police say when they entered the home, they found a man armed with a loaded firearm which he quickly put down.

The raid led to the seizure of two firearms, over 75 hundred in crack cocaine, prescription pills, and other prohibited weapons.

Facing charges, 22 year old Nicholas Peters, 29 year old Konstantinos Diakouloukas, and 24 year old Rebecca Wyatt- all Welland residents.
