Two men have been charged in the alleged sexual assault of a woman in Niagara Falls.
   
Niagara Regional police have released few details about the alleged incident, saying only that it happened after hours at a licensed establishment.
   
Police say a 49-year-old man from Niagara Falls is charged with sexual assault, while a 43-year-old man from Niagara-on-the-Lake is charged with being party to the offence of sexual assault.
   
Both are due in court today.
