NRP seeking assistance after pair of robberies at bank machines in Niagara Falls

The NRP are requesting the public's help after a pair of robberies at bank machines in Niagara Falls.

Police say last night at around 9:30 a lone male approached a female at the Toronto Dominion Bank on Lundy’s Lane and demanded the victim’s money before fleeing on foot.

Then around an hour later, a lone male approached a couple in the kiosk at the Bank of Montreal on Morrison Street in the Falls, again demanding money before taking off on foot.

No weapon was displayed and there were no injuries during these robberies.

But police are now looking for a white male, approximately 5-foot-2 to 5-foot-5, 20 to 35 years old with a thin build, and goatee style beard.  He was wearing a dark coloured winter coat and toque.

Anyone with information should call Police or Crime Stoppers.
