Ontario's Energy Minister is set to join local MPPs at the Niagara Tunnel this morning to mark a "major milestone" in the project.

Bob Chiarelli joining St. Catharines MPP and Minister of the Environment Jim Bradley and Niagara Falls MPP Kim Craitor.

CKTB's Jak Priftis will also be there.
