3/21/2013

After the Optimist Club decided to sell its Niagara Falls park to a private developer there were questions about what would happen to the cities annual Canada Day celebrations.

Today the city announcing it will relocate the festivities and parade to downtown Queen Street this year.

The parade will follow the same route the Christmas Parade follows, down Victoria to the cities downtown.

The festivities will continue in Centennial Square in front of City Hall.

And as always there will be entertainment, childrens activities and food vendors.
