Police are investigating a pair of Niagara Falls robberies.

A lone male entered the KFC on Portage Road last night before 9 demanding cash, but fled before any money was handed over.

About 25 minutes later, the same suspect entered the Rexall Pharma Plus on Lundy's Lane, this time armed with a weapon. 

Again the bandit fled before getting any money.

The suspect is described as a white male, 25 to 30 years of age about 5 foot 9, 170 pounds with a pale clean shaven round face.
