Obama in Buffalo
There's the chance of longer than normal delays at the border Thursday, as Buffalo prepares to welcome the President.
President Obama's tour of New York State is also expected to disrupt thruway traffic between Buffalo and Syracuse.
Details of his route aren't being made public but the Thruway Authority is warning motorists to stay flexible and expect to be temporarily blocked from re-entering certain roadways from Thruway exits and rest areas.
Air force One touches down at Buffalo International Airport at 10:30am with the president then heading to the University of Buffalo for an 11:15 speech.
From there his motorcade leaves for Syracuse.
During his speech at the university today, Obama is expected to address the rising cost of post secondary education.
Tuition in the U-S has increased by 250% in the last three decades while incomes have rose by 16%.
