Niagara Falls council signs new casino revenue sharing deal
Niagara Falls city council rubber stamping a new cost sharing deal with the province.
The new deal with the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation will see the city receive more than 19 million a year for playing host to two casinos.
The 19 million is a far cry from the old agreement with the province that saw the city get a flat 3 million a year.
The city has already been given a cheque for 6 million under the new funding formula.
