Premier calls Pan Am Games exec spending "ridiculous"
The chairman of the 2015 Pan Am Games says the group remains committed to transparency after it was revealed its executives billed taxpayers for things such as a cup of tea.
David Peterson says while executives followed the rules for expenses and travel, he understands how people can ``interpret these expenses in different ways.''
Premier Kathleen Wynne says the expensed items -- including 110 dollars to transfer a pet from Vancouver to Toronto -- were unacceptable and ridiculous.
The Progressive Conservatives are demanding an auditor general's investigation.
