Retaining wall on 420 to undergo emergency repairs

The Niagara Region is dipping into its emergency funds to fix the stone retaining wall along the 420 in Niagara Falls because its starting to tip.
The region's transportation director says right now its leaning at a 10 degree angle as its anchors start to give way.
The region will use 650 thousand dollar in ER funds to repair the wall.
