Suspect in the death of a tourist in court
A Niagara Falls man charged with impaired driving causing death in an accident in Queen VIctoria Park in August made a brief court appearance yesterday via video link.
55 year old Edward Coop's case has been adjourned until October 16th.
Coop was charged after a pickup truck struck three people walking on the Niagara Parkway near the foot of Murray Hill.
A 76 year old man from Quebec was killed.
The man's 75 year old wife and their 14 year old grandson were injured.
