Motley Crue will hit the road again this summer for Crue Fest 2: The White Trash Circus. The Live Nation produced tour will visit cities across North America beginning July 19th in Camden, NJ through September 5th in Darien Lake, NY. Full tour details, including the line up, will be revealed at a major press conference broadcast from FUSE TV studios in New York on March 16th, before Motley Crue hits the stage at Madison Square Garden that evening. Crue Fest 2 pre sale tickets will be available exclusively to Motley Crue fan club members beginning on February 25th. Beginning on March 2nd, pre sale tickets will be available to the public. Morgan Freeman Sued for Car Crash The woman injured in a car crash with Morgan Freeman last year claims he was drinking before taking the wheel. She also says they were "just friends," despite rumors that she's his mistress. According to a lawsuit filed yesterday in Mississippi, Demaris Meyer says Morgan boozed it up during their night together. Later on, Morgan supposedly invited her to stay in one of the homes on his property -- and on their way there, Morgan lost control of his car and "ran off of the right side of the highway." Meyer claims she suffered a broken left wrist and right scapula, a torn labrum in her right shoulder, and bruises and lacerations. She's suing for medical expenses and a number of other things

Sen. Charles Schumer has urged Ticketmaster Entertainment Inc. to sell off its TicketsNow resale subsidiary that was at the core of an uproar over Bruce Springsteen concert tickets. Schumer, speaking Tuesday at an antitrust hearing on Tickemaster's proposed merger with leading concert promoter Live Nation Inc., accused Ticketmaster of redirecting Springsteen fans to higher priced tickets on TicketsNow, despite cheaper tickets being available on the main site. What the company has called a glitch, Schumer said was "more about moneymaking than malfunction." He noted Ticketmaster collected $7 in fees* for every Springsteen ticket sold on Ticketmaster, but $30 for every ticket sold on TicketsNow. "You, Ticketmaster, need to sell TicketsNow and make them independent of you in every way," said Schumer, D-N.Y

RollingStone.com reports: One night last summer, L.A. GUNS took the stage at the Taste of Lombard food festival in Lombard, Illinois. At the same time, 1,200 miles away, L.A. GUNS hit the stage at the Muscle Party Rockfest in Sarasota, Florida. How was this possible? Because L.A. GUNS, like a growing number of acts, are touring in two competing lineups: one fronted by the group's original guitarist, Tracii Guns, and another led by his Eighties bandmates, singer Phil Lewis and drummer Steve Riley. "Tracii's L.A. GUNS is bogus," says Riley. "People want to hear the songs sung by the original lead singer." Guns counters, "Those guys are a couple of dirty mother-fers. I hired them for my band — if you get hired as a manager at McDonald's, you don't take over the McDonald's."

Art will imitate life when California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger spends a few hours playing himself later this year in a movie by Sylvester Stallone. Stallone's publicist confirmed Schwarzenegger will appear in The Expendables which is written, directed, and stars Stallone. The governor said he has done just three cameos for friends since becoming governor in 2003. Beside Sly and Arnie, the movie also stars Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Eric Roberts, Mickey Rourke and Forest Whitaker

Topless Coffee Shop Drew 150 Applicants For 10 Positions Vassalboro, Maine's newest coffee shop is garnering national attention for something other than its $3 a cup coffee. At the Grand View Topless Coffee Shop, the waitresses are, well, topless. You can read the local paper's report here. The most interesting piece of news is not near the top of the story--it's not the news that many local residents are unhappy, or that other locals are already stopping by (as many as 60 customers on Monday). You'll have to scroll to the bottom for the most stunning detail. The Kennebec Journal reports that the shop's owner Donald Crabtree said that he interviewed 150 people for the positions, "and narrowed the field to 10." Further evidence that this is a rough job market. The shop is located in what is described by a local government council as a "rural residential suburb"--population 4,500 or so. It opens at 6 a.m. to serve hot coffee and doughnuts. One waitress explains her interest to the Journal: Topless waitress Susie Wiley, 23, of Farmingdale, said she went for the job because it's "something different" and said she's worked in coffee shops since she was a teenager. Asked whether the shop is degrading to women, Wiley said, "No, I love it. I find it very empowering, not degrading."
